The segmented Vulkollan® contact wheels are made with an aluminum hub coated with Vulkollan® 10 or 50 mm flaps horizontally assembled. The flaps are oriented to optimize the performance of the abrasive belt, increasing the efficacy in fettling and finishing works.
The solid Vulkollan® contact wheels are made with an aluminum hub completely coated with solid Vulkollan®. It's mainly indicated for finishing and polishing of rounded pieces and shapes, using fine grain flexible abrasive belts. This wheels works producing a very low level noise.
